Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to order a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery.

• We charge your credit card for the full amount at time of purchase.
  
  
• We guarantee shipment within 120 days from date of order on all pre-order items and will update you when your order ships.
  
  
• If the manufacturer notifies us of any delays, we will send you an e-mail before the end of 120 days to inform you of the new estimated shipping date.
  
  
• If you order multiple items, we ask that you place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
  
  
• We accept cancellations on pre-order items and will give you a full refund.
