    Q: Can I call the Wheaton store to place an order?

    Unfortunately, no. The Wheaton store is not set up to handle online orders at this time.

    Q: Do you offer in-store pick up?

    Not at this time. Since our store is small (49 inches wide by 60 feet long), we don't have room to store items purchased online for in-store pickup.

    However, some items are available for purchase in the Wheaton store. This option is listed on each product page as "Also available for purchase in the Wheaton store". All other items are online only.

    Q: What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay—online and at our Wheaton store.

    Q: When is my credit card charged for my purchase?

    Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as "Little Popcrn Shp".

    Q: What is your return policy?

    Our return policy for online purchases is very simple:

    • If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on LittlePopcornStore.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. (We do not reimburse return shipping charges.) As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.
    • Before you ship anything back to us, please email us at care@littlepopcornshop.com so we can provide you with complete return instructions.

    Q: Can I change my order once it’s placed?
    We try to ship orders out as fast as possible, which makes these types of changes really difficult to catch after the order is placed. That being said, be sure to review your order before it’s placed. Thank you.
