Ordering Merchandise

Thank you for your interest in our Little Popcorn Store merchandise available through our Etsy store. Here are answers to frequently asked questions: 

Q: Can I buy merchandise at the store?

Unfortunately, no. Due to space constraints in our small Wheaton storefront, we utilize print-on-demand services available through Etsy's online marketplace to offer a wider variety of merchandise.

Q: Can I call the Wheaton store to place a merchandise order?

Our store is not set up to handle online merchandise orders at this time. Please place your order directly through our Etsy store.  

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Each item in our Etsy store is custom-made to order using print-on-demand services. As a result, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges because the items cannot be resold.

Please order with care.

Q: Can I change my order once it’s placed?

Once we receive your order and send it into production (usually within the hour), your custom made-to-order item can not be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you made a mistake.

Please order carefully.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Your items will be custom created and delivered within 14 to 21 business days after you place your order. Please allow plenty of time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are only shipping to addresses in the United States.

Q: What if my merchandise is damaged or defective?

Please contact us immediately so we can work together to find an agreeable resolution.
